List credit entries GET

The credit ledger, newest first: purchases, staff grants, Ask AI spend (per member, never what they asked), refunds, disputes and expiry, each with the balance after it. Filter by `kind` and time.

List invoices GET

The organisation's invoices, newest first, with links to Stripe's hosted page and PDF. Empty while billing is switched off or before the first subscription.
