What it means

The organisation publishes its catalogue to the FurniOps network, and has not accepted the current data agreement, so it cannot publish or write records to a published catalogue. Nothing was changed.

What to do

Someone who may bind the organisation reads and accepts the current agreement (GET /v1/agreements/{kind}, then POST /v1/agreements/{kind}/acceptances), then repeat the request.
