Title: The payment was declined
Code: payment_declined

What it means

Stripe declined the card charged for a subscription or plan change, or the card needs its holder (3-D Secure) and no browser was there to confirm it. Stripe's own decline code is in errors[]. Nothing was charged and the plan did not change.

It is also the catch-all of status 402: an error of that status that has no more specific code answers with this one.

What to do

Ask the owner to use another card or confirm this one in **Settings › Billing**, then try again with a new Idempotency-Key. Retrying the same card unchanged is declined again.
