What it means

The request was made in live mode, and the organisation's plan does not include live mode. Test mode is free on every plan; organisation, billing, audit, usage and request-log routes answer in live mode on any plan.

What to do

Send FurniOps-Mode: test or use a test key (fo_test_…) while you build, and choose a paid plan in the dashboard's billing settings before going live. See Test and live.
