Title: Precondition failed
Code: precondition_failed

What it means

The If-Match ETag no longer matches: the resource changed after you read it.

It is also the catch-all of status 412: an error of that status that has no more specific code answers with this one.

What to do

GET it again, re-apply your change to the new state, and send the new ETag.
