Title: Monthly quota used up
Code: quota_exceeded

What it means

A monthly quota of the organisation's plan is used up in live mode, and this metered action is refused until the month ends (UTC): API calls, the source runs you start, or exported rows. Retry-After gives the seconds until the new month. Reading the usage itself is never refused, and test mode is never capped.

What to do

Do not retry before Retry-After. Read GET /v1/usage (never refused) to see which meter is spent, wait for the new month or raise the quota, and keep testing with a test key meanwhile. See Usage and quotas.
